On August 3, 2023, the >¶Office of the Leading Group&' for Talent Work of Zhenjiang Municipal Coπ↔mmittee of the Commun∏&≥ist Party of China announ₩&ced the support targets of the 2023 Zhe×β≠©njiang "Jinshan Yingcai" Induπ‌§stry Strong City Leading Talent Introδ ☆∏duction Plan. Dr. Nie Yijing, the leadi←↑ng talent of our company's R &π‌β D center, was successfully selected.
The theme of the project we declared this®←β time is: "R &≠≈← D and industrialization of envir ¥β♣onmentally friendly ultra-fast self-healing wa' ✘terborne polyurethane". M♣∞ost of the existing self-he₹>£↑aling waterborne polyurethanes r•♠Ωαealize self-healing function by adding r≠ ‍epair agent inside the material, but there§Ωλ are disadvantages such as ↓≤¶ processing difficulty, high produc£₽tion cost and limited nu≠$mber of self-healing. The™♣&refore, the project ₩Ωteam plans to optimize the ←structural design ba→γπsed on this type of self-healing waterbo∞÷₩rne polyurethane material, and develop a high ‍§-performance, self-healing waterborne∞↑♠ polyurethane material wiφ→th faster self-healing speed anσδd better environmental protection under mild ₹¥conditions.
Under the guidance and support of the ₽δ↕company's chairman, Mr. Ha>δβn Bo, after declarati÷πon, review, defense, and successfully passσ₩α∞ed the review, the R & D♣λ& team led by Dr. Nie was selec✔αα₽ted as the "Jin∞∏πshan Talents" entrepreneurial talent ε ★project in Zhenjiang City and reλ€ceived strong government funding.
The successful identification✔< of the leading talent project is not oλ↑ ≤nly the affirmation and support of the$↓≠€ Zhenjiang Municipal >λGovernment for our innovative research and deve♠§lopment, but also provides a strong guarantee for≈‌₹ the industrializati♦↔×on of our polyurethane researchφ↕δ€ and development projects.
