Application suggestions
Suitable for UD non-woven fabric, PVC ↕ ∑leather and fabric bonding, textile printing c₽₽oating, nylon fabric, non-→woven fabric, knitted fabric prin←ε↑€ting coating in military enterprises; Prepa±¥♦↔ration of leather middle¶↓∑≈ and top layer coating, leather edge oil resin, aσ↑nd elastic coating. For text§σile coating printing, it is recommended to mix aσ←®crylic lotion with the addition amount of 10%•±© -20%. Adding an appr★♥opriate amount of water-based dispersible isocyan©↕ate curing agent or aziridine can gre♠<δatly improve the adhesive strength, hydrolysi∏≠πs resistance, and heat resistance. Thi↑π₹s product does not contain ethoxyalkylphenols ™δ✘π(APEO) or organotin.
Precautions for use
1. Deionized water must be used when '"diluting lotion. If tap water is used, flocc €∑ulation and demulsification may ✔"occur.
2. When mixing with acid lotion such as VAE, ®£πthe PH of acid lotion must be adjus×≥©ted to 7-9;
Storage
Non dangerous goods, antifreeze, ambient teσ§ mperature of 5 ℃~40 ℃, storage ≥↔ period of 6 months, must be k "₹ept in its original condition, ✘↔sealed, and comply with the requirements of te∞×chnical parameters. Adequate mix""λ∞ing should be carried out before use
