Application suggestions

1. This product can be used as various typ• ∏♠es of leather and fabric; You♣δ can transfer it with release paper•∑ or use a roller coating machi​ ne for roller coating and spraying. If ≠‌♦σyou need to add color, please test its compatibil÷©ity with a small sam®₽®☆ple first to confirm that thφπere are no abnormalities befo↔​πre use;

2. Before using this product, add 0.₩±‍&5 parts of defoamer, 1 part of wetting agent, 0.→≤λ×5 parts of leveling agent, 0.5/1.5 parts of th ≥≠ickening agent and other w♦↓ater-based additives f ‌¶≠or stirring and fine-tuning to me>​ ≈et the requirements for on-site u©↑se;

3. The application weight of microfiber, PU,&• and genuine leather can be determined acco™φ‌rding to the product and its own pλ™÷rocess conditions;

4. The drying temperature can be set betwee÷★¶™n 100 ℃ and 150 ℃ accor≈&∏ding to the company's e♠±'quipment and process con±₩&♦ditions;

5. Viscosity blending 100CPS-™÷Ω2000CPS; 1% -3% crosslinking agent can be added;

6. Good mechanical stability, with a yellowing★π resistance level of up to level 4 or above;

 

Storage

Please store in a dark, cool, and dry place.≠★ The storage temperature should be betwe≤• en 5-30 ℃, and the packaging s✘Ω₽hould be kept intact. The shelf ↕" πlife of this product is six mont≥<hs from the date of production. After si≥→x months, it is recommended to conduct a perf±∏ Ωormance evaluation before u₩≤β≥se. This product needs to be stric'<tly protected from frost. After open&∏÷ing the packaging, it is reγδcommended to use it all at once. Please filter↓↑ appropriately before use.
