DEMAROIL LP is a lecithin concentrateΩλd fatliquor that increases‍₩ the smooth silky feel <↔δ₩of leather. Give the leather a±÷ plump, cloth-like leather light feel.₹§☆
DEMAROIL LP can make all par&₩ts of the leather get a uniform and©$ soft feel like cloth.
DEMAROIL LP can be used in small quanti≠♣≤←ties to produce very plump, sil☆♠>ky, tightly grained upper l&₩&eather.

 

Application Reference

Garment leather cowhide: 4% mixed wit>>h DEMAROIL SS is especially effective.
It is ideal for nubuck for clothi∏β ng, giving nubuck a very uniform matte effe¶>×Ωct and a silty textu☆₹δφre.
In the pre-fatteningש↓, 2-3% can be used to improve the abso←₩rption of the subsequent ch≈‌™→emical.
Goat skin: 4-5% mixed☆✘¶ with DEMAROIL and other soft leather fatliqλ&uoring agents has better effect.
Sheepskin: 3-5% mixed with DEMAROIL SS has g∏'★→ood effect. Solid in fatliquors and dyes
After setting, apply 1% of the new liquid to ob≤₩tain excellent hand feeling.
Full grain upper leather: 1-2% used to i↓←₹≈mprove softness.
Napa: 2-3% DEMAROIL MC or DEMAROIL Sγ₽S mixed with good effect
Suede: 2-3%
Second layer suede: 1-3%
Furniture or car chair leather: 2-3% mixed w♠ £↔ith DEMAROIL SS has goπ'<$od effect.
Emulsification method: take₹©©↔ the required amount, slowly add 3 times♣ ∑₽ of water at 60 ℃, and stir evenly.
For sheep clothing skins can be di↔"∑rectly added to the drum without emulsificat§πion.
