The ¶☆‍impregnation products have exce≈λβllent high resilience, high ✔↔Q feeling, wear resistance and co'★₹mpression resistance, excellent hydrolysi<&s resistance and environmenta®>♦l protection and safety. ​©£It is suitable for the productio©π↓‍n of superfiber suede leather, le&£₹ather base filler and othσΩ¥←er synthetic leather dry and wet norm₽≠¥al lines, with simple andφ±¶ convenient process and high ‌​÷efficiency. Good mechanic×π€al stability, yellowing resistance gr→♠​ade can reach above grade ↑¶→4.

 

Application recommendatio∏♠λns

1. This product can be used as all kinds of le↔×ather and cloth. It can be transferred with relea™®se paper, or roller co®★♥ ated and sprayed with roller co&>ater. If color is needed,÷ ™≤ please test its phyσ✘§δsical properties with small samples first↕≤, and then use it after confirming that th™✘←ere is no abnormality.
2. Before using this product, add •≤∞β0.5 parts of defoamer, 1 ★§↑part of wetting agent, 0.5 parts of ☆ ↓♣leveling agent, 0.5/1.5 ‌₩ parts of thickener and other water-based additive♦λs for stirring and fine-tu≈&★ning to meet the requir♥¥↓ements of on-site use♥‌≈.
3. The number of grams of spinning microfiber, PU®• and leather can be determined accor‌®₽♥ding to the product and its own pπ​rocess.
4. The drying temperature is between 100 ℃ anδ≠βd 150 ℃, which can be set according to the com ≤®λpany's equipment and process conditio←¥•ns.
5. Viscosity blending 100CPS-2000CPS; 1-3% c​♥ σrosslinking agent can be a¶₩∏dded.

 

Storage

Please place in a dark, ©πcool and dry place. The s σtorage temperature should be 5-35 ℃ to keep'ε∏ the package intact. ¶γ≤'The shelf life of this product is six months≈Ω♦ from the production date. This product needs ↕≥&to be strictly protected from frost.$‌Ω After opening the package, it is recommended to≠δ₽ use it all at once. Please$<£• filter properly before uδ×$se.
